Orange County is home to about 406,000 foreign-born residents, 26.5 percent of a population of 1.53 million, and four in ten households speak a language other than English at home (U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey, 2024 1-year estimates). The two federal offices that decide Orlando cases
Immigration law is federal, so the work does not stop at the county line, but two buildings decide most of what happens to a Central Florida case. The USCIS Orlando Field Office at 6680 Corporate Centre Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822, near the airport, is where the benefit side of a case is decided in person: green card interviews on Form I-485, naturalization interviews on Form N-400, oath ceremonies, and the occasional in-person request for evidence. It is appointment-only; there are no walk-ins, and a notice with a date is what gets you through the door. We prepare clients for both buildings, and when a case requires an in-person appearance at either one, we are already here.

Hospitality, landscaping and construction employers around the theme parks are the petitioners we see most often in the seasonal H-2B program, and their workers and families are a steady part of our practice. How long do USCIS cases take from the Orlando field office?
Processing times vary by case type and current USCIS workload, and the Orlando Field Office at 6680 Corporate Centre Blvd only sees you for the interview and the oath; the file itself is worked at a service center first. Marriage-based green cards filed in the Orlando jurisdiction commonly take 10–14 months from filing to interview. Naturalization (N-400) commonly takes 6–9 months. We monitor every case weekly and intervene with congressional inquiries or service requests when cases stall beyond normal processing times.
Do I need to come to your office, or can we meet virtually?
Both options work. Many clients prefer in-person for the initial consultation and conduct the rest by phone, email, and Zoom. If you live outside Orlando — anywhere in Florida or even outside the U.S. — we can represent you remotely and only require in-person attendance for your USCIS interview or court date.
